What is the process?

It starts with a conversation. What sort of piece are you interested in? What are the dimensions of your space? Once we land on budget and specific needs, Bruce Schuettinger will set about sketching your custom made design. Our team will weigh in, materials will be gathered and construction will begin. When I order an in-stock piece, how will it be shipped?

We offer delivery within 50 miles for a fee of $125 unless other arrangements have been made. We arrange white glove delivery beyond that radius. Pricing varies according to weight and distance.

What is your process for billing?

For custom-pieces, 50% is due at signing of contract and is non-refundable. The remainder is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made in advance such as an alternative payment plan. We accept cash, checks, and PayPal transfers.
